The Power of Vision

Having a fascinating vision of your Future Self is greatly empowering .

Why? Because it’s easy to get distracted, to lose sight of what’s most important to us.

When we allow ourselves to be distracted from our life’s authentic path, expectedly other people’s desires become our reality, while we miss our purpose and calling in life.

Vision doesn’t stop  distractions; it helps us to focus on what matters most. Vision creates directness for the future while helping  us to place our attention in the present moment.

Goal setting  is a formal process for personal planning.

By setting goals on a routine basis, you decide what you want to achieve and then you systematically move towards the achievement of those goals. By setting your expectation  you will be motivated to realise and manifest your expectations in your desired areas of interest in life both personally and professionally.

The Key to Creating an Effective Action Plan.

We would lead you step by step on how to create an action plan for your personal achievement.

Mental Conditioning

Mental conditioning is a means of developing your mind to adjust to your thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs to accept thinking patterns, inclination, or mental states in order to increase confident reasoning and eventually enhance your performance. Mental conditioning  enables you to create a clear vision of what you want, know why you want it and develop boldness to achieve it.

Module 10

Self -Actualization

The great psychologist of human motivation, Abraham Maslow first created the word  “self-actualization.”  He believed human motivation is based on people seeking fulfilment and change through personal growth.  Self-actualized people are those who are self-fulfilled and doing all they are capable of doing and becoming all they are capable of becoming

“A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write, if he is to be at peace with himself.  What a man can be, he must be.  This is the need we may call self-actualization… It refers to man’s desire for fulfilment, namely to the tendency for him to become actually in what he is potentially.  This tendency might be phrased as the desire to become more and more what one is, to become everything that one is capable of becoming.”

The need for personal growth is present throughout a person’s life.  For Maslow, a person is always “becoming” and never remains static.

You will not be focused on one line of development, but you will be holistically developed to self -actualisation. You will as well understand the different landscape of human potential, create your personal vision based on your area of focus and interest, personal values, and the required practices you need to bring to reality your personal plans.

You will  understand yourself, personality, strength and your life structure and strategic plan to live.

You will avoid merry go rounding in life and consistently strive to becoming a better and greater you.
